The word Yoga means ‘Union’ a union of the body, mind and spirit. With the practice of yoga we can bring union to ourselves. Anxiety, fear will melt away to be replaced with an inner peace.
The practice is traditional Hatha Yoga Yoga, we focus on breath with movement. This gives a mindful meditative quality throughout the class. Pranayama (breathing practices) with a focus on the Rhythmic Breath, this breath is very powerful. In that it can help to induce calm anytime, anywhere. Meditation, working with different guided meditations to not only find the inner temple of calm, but to encourage healing spiritually and physically. Your immune system will be strengthened, if we are calm and relaxed we are better able to fight any virus. If we are stressed and anxious our immune system is weakened. You can help yourself, you can heal yourself.
